Coaches Review: Grateful Hearts
Following the disastrous Tuloy game, the club decided to appoint Coach Toto as head coach. He faced an extremely difficult task, inheriting a demoralized and disjointed group. During his tenure, Coach Toto gave so much to the club. His first and foremost contribution was significantly boosting team morale. His positive attitude and genuine care for the players created a supportive environment that fostered teamwork and unity. It was an especially hard task because the atmosphere among the players was very poor, with new players not getting along with the players already there.
Coach Toto implemented numerous new activities and methods to create unity within the squad. Of course, it was a very challenging task, but Toto performed admirably, and the players loved him. The fans loved him too; Toto was very popular. When Toto left us, we were happy for him and sad at the same time because we knew it would not be easy to find someone of his quality.
Coach Kenneth Arnaldo, only 23 years old, stepped into the head coach position following Toto’s departure. Despite his young age, he was seen as a promising coach with a fresh perspective. Kenneth brought youthful energy to the team, introducing innovative training techniques and modern tactical approaches. He built on Toto’s legacy for team culture, working to make the players like each other, and he succeeded.
Despite being only 23, Kenneth performed extremely well as head coach, and the coaching staff he brought with him also did an excellent job. Always learning from their mistakes, they maintained a professional state of mind, and the team showed some improvements by the end of the season. Given his age and what he did, Coach Kenneth has certainly a bright future ahead.
The club will always be thankful for Coach Toto and Kenneth contributions.
